Booking, Deposits, Cancellation & Reschedules

All Katie Lynn BEAUTY appointments are booked and secured with a deposit. Deposit amounts vary on appointments/events.  If the client needs to reschedule the appointment she/he may do so with the same deposit within 30 days of their booked appointment. Please give at least 24 hours in advance notice otherwise your deposit is then subject as a  cancellation fee. FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAYS are not eligible for this as they are higher demand days. Any cancellations on these days are subject to potential loss of business as we may have turned down other requests, and therefore your deposit is deemed as a cancellation fee. 
If there are uncontrollable circumstances that we can approve your cancellation, then a reschedule is optional and/or product can be purchased with the deposit.
