Welcome to Katie Lynn BEAUTY. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://katielynnbeauty.com and any purchase from Katie Lynn BEAUTY (“Katie Lynn BEAUTY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Store

Katie Lynn BEAUTY is a US cosmetics brand. Our store is operated on Shopify. Prices are displayed in USD. We currently sell and ship within the United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Cosmetics Use Disclaimer

Our products are cosmetics intended for external beauty use as directed on product packaging and listings.

  • Perform a patch test before full use when trying a new product, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
  • Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience irritation, redness, or an adverse reaction.
  • Review ingredient lists carefully if you have allergies or sensitivities.
  • Results may vary. Product images and shade descriptions are for guidance; appearance can vary by skin tone, lighting, and application.
  • Katie Lynn BEAUTY products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Preorders

Some items may be offered as preorders (for example new launches shown as “Preorder” on the site).

  • Preorder items ship when stock arrives.
  • Estimated ship or arrival dates shown on the site (for example “ships in about 1.5 weeks”) are estimates only and can change due to production, supplier, or carrier delays.
  • You will be charged according to the checkout process at the time you place the preorder unless otherwise stated.
  • If an order includes both preorder and in-stock items, we ship everything together once all items are available.
  • Preorder cancellation before shipping may be available for store credit only, at our discretion. Once a preorder has shipped, our Refund / Return Policy applies.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Pricing Errors

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock issues).
  • Pricing errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, system, or supplier error, we may cancel the order or contact you with the correct price before fulfilling. We are not obligated to honor a price that was clearly erroneous.
  • Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
  • Payment methods may include cards supported by Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay Installments where offered. Installment plans are subject to Shop Pay Installments’ own terms and eligibility.

6. Shipping

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. In summary (based on our current Shopify shipping settings):

  • We ship to addresses in the United States.
  • In-stock orders generally ship within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays).
  • We primarily ship with USPS; other carriers may be used depending on the order.
  • USPS delivery is typically 3–5 business daysafter shipping (estimates, not guarantees).
  • Standard Shipping is currently $8.95 USD for most domestic orders.
  • Free shipping is available when the order subtotal after discounts is $100 USD or more(before taxes and shipping).
  • Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses may be charged a different rate based on carrier rates shown at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and related rules are governed by our Refund Policy (Return & Exchange Policy) as published on the store. As a small cosmetics brand, our general rule is that all sales are final, with a limited exception for wrong items we shipped in error—see the Refund Policy for details. If these Terms and the Refund Policy conflict on returns, the Refund Policy controls for return/refund issues.

8. SMS Terms

If you opt in to SMS/text messages from Katie Lynn BEAUTY (including via checkout or other consent flows powered by Shopify Messaging):

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel marketing texts; reply HELP for help.
  • You can also email us at Mua.katie.lynn@gmail.com.
  • Mobile opt-in / consent data is not shared with third parties for their marketing.
  • Consent to SMS is not required to make a purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All store content—including product names, descriptions, images, logos, and branding—is owned by Katie Lynn BEAUTY or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law (for example fair use).

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape the site in an abusive way, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in writing or required by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. Cosmetics results vary; see Section 3.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Katie Lynn BEAUTY and our owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including certain consumer protection rights).

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Katie Lynn BEAUTY harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and applicable US federal law. Courts located in Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws give you the right to bring claims in your home county/state.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
